Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Valentine West. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order ships, estimated delivery windows, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Italian public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 CET may be processed the next business day.
- During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Where We Ship
We currently ship worldwide from Italy. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we will try to help.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
We partner with trusted carriers (for example DHL, UPS, GLS, BRT, Poste Italiane) depending on the destination and service selected at checkout.
Estimated transit times (after dispatch):
- Italy: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 4–9 business days
- North America: 4–10 business days
- Rest of world: 6–14 business days
The above are estimates provided by carriers. Remote areas or customs inspections can add time.
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
- From time to time we may offer free‑shipping promotions; any active promotion will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
- When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after you receive the confirmation email.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- EU deliveries: VAT is included at checkout; no additional duties.
- Non‑EU deliveries (including UK): Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties, taxes, and fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Your carrier will contact you if any amount is due to release your parcel.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once in transit.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address or repeated failed deliveries, we can reship it once it is received back. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days (EU) or 15 business days (international), please contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item so we can assist.
Pre‑Orders & Split Shipments
- Pre‑order items ship on the timeframe stated on the product page. If your order includes in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship items separately so you can receive available pieces sooner (you will not be charged extra for the split shipment).
PO Boxes & Remote Areas
- Some express services cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If needed we will contact you for an alternate address.
- Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the estimates above.
Refused Deliveries
- If you refuse delivery of a parcel, any return shipping fees, duties, or handling charges billed to us by the carrier will be deducted from your refund once the parcel has returned and been processed.
