Thank you for shopping with Valentine West. We take great care in creating and curating each product. Please review the following policy before making your purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items purchased through valentinewest.com.
  • To initiate a return, please contact info@valentinewest.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment (excluding shipping costs) within 5–10 business days.

Final Sale Items

  • All Limited Edition items and all items listed under the Treasures tab are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing these items.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@valentinewest.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as sleepwear that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted for return.

Refunds for Late or Lost Returns

  • We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of postage.
  • Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected by our team.
